Welcome to Healthy Blue, your MO HealthNet Managed Care health plan! We’re happy you are here.

As a new member, you probably have questions, and we want you to get the most out of your benefits. Here are some tips to help you get started with your new health plan.

Look for your member ID card

You should have received your Healthy Blue member ID card in the mail. You will use it to go to the doctor and in case of an emergency. If it has been more than two weeks since you enrolled and you did not get your member ID card, call us at 833-388-1407 (TTY 711).

Create your online account

To access the secure member area of our website, you will need to create your account. This will allow you to:

  • View or print your member ID card.
  • Change your primary care provider (PCP).
  • Take your Health Risk Assessment.
  • View your contact information.
  • Live chat with a representative or send us a secure message.

It is quick and easy to create your account! You just need your member ID number (shown on your ID card), your birth date and your ZIP code.

Make an appointment with your PCP

Your main doctor is called a primary care provider, or PCP. Your PCP is listed on your member ID card and in your online account. Call to make an appointment with your PCP as soon as you can. All new Healthy Blue members should see their PCP within 90 days of joining. Getting a checkup now will help your PCP learn about your medical history before any health issues occur.

If you have a smartphone, download our free app

With the Sydney Health mobile app, you can always view your member ID card. You can also:

  • Find a doctor, hospital or pharmacy close by and get directions.
  • Call a nurse to get answers to your medical questions anytime, day or night.

View your benefits

Note: You need to renew your benefits each year. You will get a notice in the mail when it is time to renew. If you move, make sure you give the MO Department of Social Services (DSS) your new address.

Complete your Health Risk Assessment

As a new member, you will fill out a Health Risk Assessment. It is a short questionnaire that will help us connect you to a care team and doctors who fit your needs. You may be eligible for additional programs and services based on what you tell us. If you have questions, call us at 833-388-1407 (TTY 711).
