Healthy Blue has partnered with the Community Partnership of Southeast Missouri for their annual Project Hope event to outreach individuals who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. Healthy Blue will set up a table to provide information and giveaways.

Eligible members can schedule rides to and from your doctor’s office. Call Medical Transportation Management (MTM) at 888-597-1193 (TTY 711) to set up your ride.
