Why choose Healthy Blue for your MO HealthNet Managed Care plan?
We help people access great health care benefits.
Top three reasons
A strong provider network. Our plan includes hundreds of doctors and hospitals to make access to care easy.
Benefits to help you live well. Healthy Blue offers rides to your non-medical appointments for eligible members, a maternity program, and rewards for completing healthy activities.
Dedicated care coordinators to help you with your care. A care coordinator works closely with you to manage care, arrange transportation and answer questions about your benefits.
Healthy Blue — more than a health plan
We are dedicated to improving lives, promoting healthier communities and making health care simpler.
We understand that being healthy means more than just doctor visits. Health begins in our homes and in our communities.
